Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided for marriage with a view to social rehabilitation of such disabled persons who do not fall in the category of income tax payers. If one of the couple is disabled, then Rs. 50,000 and if both husband and wife are disabled, then Rs. 1,00,000 lump sum.
