This online portal links people directly with the Panchayat Secretary, Janpad CEO, and District Administration. Citizens can now file complaints related to land, revenue, pensions, ration, and government services through mobile or website and can also track the status of their resolution. Direct hearings through public grievance camps (Jandarshan) are also an integral part of this initiative.
